Oh my gosh, you guys! I am so excited to share with you this gorgeous gallery from Rebecca Dotson Photography. We worked with the most amazing creative partners for this photo shoot at the Sweeney Barn. I can’t wait to highlight them for you! The elements of serene blue and garden vibes brought the Sweeney Barn to life in a whole new way. This shoot (published on I Do Yall) was a wonderful collaboration of so many talented people.

We asked Sabrina from Sweet Memories Cakery to do the cake for the event. She provided the STUNNING cake stand as well! She used the inspiration from our meeting together to create a piece of work for the day. We met for about an hour and a half to talk through the design of the event, drawing up sketches and options. She provided a gorgeously soft and feminine cake with flowers on the top tier and painted blue on the bottom. To top it all off, she paired it with a beautiful white ceramic cake stand that you can rent when you use her as your baker! The cake was the perfect addition to the beautiful backdrop that is the Sweeney Barn.
For shoots, we really like to work with creative partners that are, well, creative. I met the team at Molecular Food and Cocktails at a wedding show in March. I KNEW I had to get to know Cal. Together we came up with a lovely addition to our amazing shoot. She was to provide the most amazing cocktails with liquid nitrogen. By using smokey nitrogen, she elevated a normal cocktail and made it an awesome conversation piece. On the day of the shoot, she set up in the rustic elegant upstairs of the Sweeney Barn, and we had so much fun shooting with her!
When I first popped into Bella Villa Antiques and Vintage Rentals, I was absolutely blown away by not only how sweet and kind she was, but also by the number of beautiful things she has acquired for events. From the china to couches and more, we were so blessed with a selection that truly fit the blue garden vintage vibe we were going for. The stuff we used from her was the perfect addition to this Sweeney Barn styled shoot.
